Wireless mesh backhaul uses the 5 GHz radio, freeing the 2.4 GHz band exclusively for client connectivity in wireless-backhaul configurations. Wired backhaul via the dual GbE ports delivers maximum performance where cable runs are available.

UniFi Ecosystem and Centralised Management

The UAP-AC-M-PRO integrates natively into the Ubiquiti UniFi ecosystem and is managed through the free UniFi Controller software — deployable on-premise (Windows, Mac, Linux), on a UniFi Cloud Key, or via Ubiquiti’s UniFi Cloud portal.
